CalEnergy is actively involved in deep-water exploration in the Otway Basin, located in the offshore waters off the southeastern tip of mainland Australia at the western approaches to Bass Strait.

CalEnergy has a 5 percent working interest in the T34/P exploration permit. Integrated exploration activity in the exploration permit is ongoing, including the reprocessing of 3D and Aragon 3D data.
